◆月饼的创新与复古

自从月饼成为中秋节日的食品过后，品种不断创新，如最近某购物中心推出“月饼山”的噱头，这习俗在清代已有，清代乾清宫供月御案的“月饼山”高达十数层，垫底巨饼直径数十尺重二十余斤而山顶小饼仅二寸大，三两重。皇帝拜月饼祈丰年后，把精巧别致的“迷你”小饼赏予宠妃，捧酥香软糯的“敖尔合”满语即“奶子”月饼敬奉太后，将垫底大饼切开分赐众王公大臣、妃嫔公主、福晋命妇，每人一份。
